Welcome to our interactive twist on a classic Filipino comfort food - the sinigang. We’ve taken the iconic, savoury-sour broth of the Philippines and transformed it into an interactive feast.
The broth is our take on the world-famous sinigang sour-savoury balance, packing a tangy punch that is beautifully thickened by earthy taro root.
The meat consists of tender pork neck bones; savour every last drop of the flavourful meaty juices.
